To avoid all kinds of extra work, risks and costs, there are some rules to follow.
Currency and payment method
All Paypal payments have to be done in Euro or US Dollar to payments@blokbricks.com. Payments by banktransfer in Euro (only for buyers within the European Union). For Paypal payments I unfortunately have to charge 5% on the total price to cover most of the costs of Paypal. Bank transfer payments have to be done with IBAN and BIC with shared costs for payments from outside the Netherlands. Buyers can also pickup against cash payment. All necessary information will be given when checking out and in the mail you receive. If you don't get an (automatic) email, please contact me at info@blokbricks.com. If you selected 'insured shipment' please wait with payment until you receive a separate mail with the total costs including insurance.
Prices in local currency
If you want to have an indication about the costs in your local currency, you can always use 'Select your currency' on the right top of the screen. All product prices and total costs will then be depicted in your local currency. Payment still have to be done in Euro or US Dollar.
Terms of payment
Payment has to be received within 14 days after ordering, unless otherwise agreed by mutual mail.
Terms of delivery
All purchases will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving the payment. Payments received on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped the next weekday. Blokbricks cannot be responsible for uninsured purchases lost during shipment, but will try to solve it as well as possible.
